About Jane Newman.co.uk

Jane Newman is a Professional Photographer based on the outskirts of Wrexham near the North Wales, Cheshire and Shropshire borders - and no, that isn’t a portrait of me to the left.

Her photo assignments have taken her the length and breadth of the UK and also overseas where her travel images have been published in well known glossy photo magazines.

Jane has always been very passionate about photography and decided to turn professional way back in 1997 operating as a GP in photography.

Jane now offers Wedding photography, on-Location portraiture including baby photography and baby bumps, commercial work and freelance photography for local and regional newspapers with a number of news item photographs being published in the national press.

Jane Newman.co.uk uses a wide range of photographic gear including both film and digital camera bodies.

The gear of choice for the majority of work are a range of Canon Eos digital bodies and professional lenses and for the high end work where image quality and size is paramount, Jane Newman.co.uk uses Mamiya 645 AFD II bodies with Phase One digital backs.
